Jordan Anthony – Vocal Lessons & Piano Lessons

Hello students and parents. I am Jordan Anthony and I am an accomplished vocalist offering vocal lessons in Seville Grove and surrounding areas. I am a singer/songwriter whose love for the arts was discovered at a very early age. I first began singing at the age of 4. During my primary and high school years, I performed in many talent show’s and school performances whilst taking piano and guitar lessons and teaching myself how to navigate music production software to write songs in my spare time. I applied to study the ‘Composition of Music Technology’ and ‘Bachelor of Music (Contemporary Vocals)’ courses at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). I was offered a position for both courses and decided to study the voice in which currently I am completing. Since studying at WAAPA, I have worked with many accomplished figures in the music industry such as Melonie-Daniels Walker (Vocal Director and Gospel Singer/Background Vocalist for Mariah Carey) who has worked with Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and Michael Jackson just to name a few. Most recently I have sung with Guy Sebastian for his ‘Conscious’ Tour with the WAAPA Gospel Choir as well as Coin Banks for the opening of ‘Optus Stadium’.

I wish to use my gift to inspire others to use their voice and send a message through my work. I’ve always had ambition to be the brainchild of a program that will help children that are less fortunate by giving them an education in music, providing them with the gift of voice. I love hearing children sing simply because they are our future generation of keeping music alive.
